FITNESS MYTH #8
Woman Should Train Differently Than Men:-
Most women inhibit the same type of body. They want to be thin but not too thin. They want to define some muscles, especially in their arms, abdomen and legs. And they want a bubbly butt that fills their jeans. And I am everything for her. To achieve this physique, the average woman needs to lose fat and add some muscle. Simply losing fat will not be enough as most women lack muscle that gives an athletic look. What is the best way to achieve these goals.: Traditional wisdom features women grinding on the treadmill every day and working with three pound dumbbells. I have not yet been able to get a fitness model physique by doing this to a woman. A slim, athletic look does nothing more than having a good amount of muscle and a low body fat percentage. Reducing body fat percentage is primarily a function of diet, but what is the best way to build muscle: Lifting weights, of course. And you might not be surprised that I recommend heavy weights. I can already hear you disagreeing. Women should not lift heavy weights, because they do not want to be heavy. It is difficult for a woman to look heavy regardless of how hard or often the train.
The hormone that directly controls muscle development is testosterone, and an average woman's testosterone levels are only 5–10% of the average man. In one study, post-testosterone levels were 44 times higher in men than women. This is not surprising when you understand that resistance training does not even increase testosterone levels in women, only estradiol (type of estrogen) and a hormone called cortisol develops.
If you are a woman, I promise you that if you lift heavy weights and stay lean, you will never hate your heavy body. To the point of growing up, stretching the muscles is a very gradual, grueling process which you must consciously work on every day, and it will take years.
Benefits of Buildings If you are a woman and you still haven't sold much on weightlifting, then these health benefits of building your muscles, as discussed in a study by the University of Texas, will increase your mood Will change.
• Your chances of developing diseases like diabetes, metabolic syndrome and cancer have reduced significantly.
• Your bones become strong.
• Your metabolism speeds up because muscle burns energy even when inactive. This makes it easier to stay slim.
• Your life expectancy increases.
• Your immune system becomes stronger.
What about your body:: gaining muscle does wonders for that too. Strong, well developed muscles are those that give women the curves they like. Nothing makes your image better inside and out of your clothes than lean, defined muscles. If all of that is not enough, then you should also know that maintaining a strong, well-operated body helps you age better.
Research has shown that greater muscle percentage in older women is associated with better mobility, lower body weight, and body fat levels.
What is the heavy weight for a woman:: Weight that is heavy to limit you to 8-11 repetitions. Lifting heavy weights (relative to your strength) is the fastest way to change your physique.
If you are a woman and you want a toned, sexy legs and a round, tight butt, then you cannot beat the intense workouts of 'Boy Exercises' such as Barbell Squats, Romanian Deadlifts and Barbell Lungs. If you want sleek, defined arms, dumbbell curls are the fastest way to get heavy on exercises like straight bar curls and easy bar curls.
Ladies, it's time to get sexy by putting the pink play weight down and lifting it up with people. 'They will find it very hot too.'
